How It Works: 

• Ensure the item you are receiving is legal in New York State BEFORE buying. (See the New York State Resources Page) 
• Choose F&E Shooters Supply as your receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. 
•  Coordinate with the seller or online retailer to send the firearm to us.  
• Communicate with us what you will be receiving. (We will need to send our FFL directly to the other FFL.) 
• Complete the necessary paperwork and background check in our store.  Bring applicable state identification, pistol permit license, or semi auto license.
